About KLIO
KLIO is an iOS app that can help Deaf patients and their doctors communicate more easily. Both of them will be able to give their response in their preferred ways (the patients through writing, the doctors through talking verbally), and the Deaf patients will also be able to see the doctor's response in the form of BISINDO animation. With this, they can get adequate access to healthcare — #BeHeard, #LiveBetter.
To develop this app, I collaborated with:
- Andrea Darisang (Lead Designer, Animator)
- Ishaq Adheltyo (Lead Engineer)
- Daniel Andrew (Engineer)
- Rabialco Argana (Engineer)
- Ilham Wibowo (Engineer)

Goals
To ensure a smooth and uncluttered experience for the user, the team divided the app into two separate apps: one app for the patients and one app for the doctors. Both apps needed to fulfill the following main objectives:
- The apps should facilitate seamless communication between Deaf patients and their doctors to ensure effective healthcare interactions
- The apps should provide various communication methods most suitable and preferred by the users
- The apps should be continuously updated with sign languages from all over Indonesia to improve their accessibility

- Define product goals and pace
- Break down project tasks and keep the progress on track
- Moderate usability testing and implement the results to the app development process
- Participating in the coding process alongside the Tech team as well as in the design process alongside the Design team
